• Manage technical commercial real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Interface directly with clients to prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Document IT requirements and collaborate with project teams to define technology solutions • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors by providing mentorship and direction • Build action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply standard principles and techniques to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Mentor others and share job-related knowledge • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking • General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project • May require up to 25% overnight travel throughout the US
