• Manage multiple real estate projects and programs across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Manage large-scale, multi-site signage rebrand programs through the full project lifecycle • Oversee due diligence, fabrication, installation, and project closeout • Provide strategic vendor management and execution support • Serve as subject matter expert for enterprise signage programs, including standards, governance, vendor management, brand compliance, and signage solutions • Support Facilities Management and Project Management teams with issue resolution, brand guidance, project coordination, vendor engagement, pricing support, and service level management • Manage vendor performance, negotiate costs, oversee execution, resolve escalations, and ensure brand and quality standards • Evaluate custom signage applications and support evolving branding needs • Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk identification • Define and manage project delivery resources • Conduct requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients • Keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate project status meetings and produce meeting notes • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop improved methods and contribute to products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Coach others and communicate complex ideas to influence stakeholders • Travel up to 25% regionally and nationally
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • 8+ years of experience directly managing signage projects and programs, including large-scale national rebrand initiatives across multiple locations • Proven experience leading complex signage deployments from planning and due diligence through fabrication, installation, and project closeout • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and field teams • Understanding of signage fabrication and installation processes • Ability to review and interpret signage plans • Proven experience managing field partners and vendors throughout installation • Ability to resolve field issues and ensure successful project delivery • Innovative problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project • Smartsheet and Bluebeam experience beneficial • Expert organizational skills • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously • Ability to align priorities, manage resources effectively, and achieve key milestones on schedule
