📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of differentiated procurement and supply chain solutions for construction projects • Drive strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and digital procurement and supply chain advisory positioning • Oversee complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors • Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities • Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations • Advance digital capabilities and integrate technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes • Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team has the required insights, skills, and resources • Establish performance targets and financial budgets and optimize business performance • Support strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence services • Lead and mentor specialist consultants • Support talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field • Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors • Experience in major capital programs • Strong consulting background with experience managing senior- and executive-level client relationships • Demonstrated success leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments • Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies • Experience across multiple sectors; domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred • Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions in high-risk, high-value engagements • Strategic project management and analytical capabilities • Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and value-based decision-making • Proficiency in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support career development • High initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity • Travel required to support client engagements and team collaboration across regions
