📋 Description

• Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to hit delivery goals • Maintain the live team roadmap; triage, prioritize, and delegate tasks across the live team • Partner with QA, Production Leadership, and Release Engineering on first-party submissions and issue tracking • Communicate online service health and status regularly to leadership • Coordinate incident reporting for online tests and the live game, and improve processes to prevent recurrence • Work with the live team and partners to deliver new content and events smoothly and on time • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external groups • Identify operational and technical risks early and own mitigation strategies • Play the game

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in the games industry, with meaningful time spent in live operations • Able to switch between details and the big picture as needed • Experience managing rapid-release content schedules and live operations on online multiplayer titles for Console and PC platforms • Experience shipping console game titles, including first-party certification processes • Experience with scheduling tools and managing a project budget • Experience in risk analysis and mitigation, plus incident report tracking and analysis • Capable of multitasking and managing several important items at once • Excellent communication at all levels and ability to stay composed under pressure • Experience working with remote studios and contractors (preferred) • Deep understanding of online infrastructure best practices, including performance, scalability, reliability, and security (preferred)
