📋 Description

• Provide proactive calendar support • Juggle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines and take effective action without knowing the full picture • Partner with executives to drive execution on team initiatives supporting business priorities • Serve as a point person for executives’ direct reports and administrative business partners • Handle end-to-end meeting coordination and facilitation • Plan team-building activities, leadership summits, and offsites • Understand executive priorities, rank meeting requests, redirect as needed, and make decisions on behalf of executives • Build cross-functional relationships and maintain team morale • Identify process improvements and make adjustments • Own long-term projects and develop a deep understanding of the overall business • Mentor other administrative business partners • Ensure department-wide alignment among the administrative business partner team • Partner with HR on headcount planning and organizational restructuring

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment within the High Tech industry • Ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Superior attention to detail • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner closely with leaders • Ability to keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel • Experience with contract management • Experience with procurement processes • Proficiency with common administrative tools, including Zoom and G-Suite
