📋 Description

• Translate strategic priorities into a clear vision and executable compliance programs with measurable outcomes • Establish portfolio management frameworks, operating rhythms, and reporting • Serve as primary point of contact to SVPs and executive leadership on mission-critical compliance programs • Provide guidance on investment areas and risk mitigation • Anticipate priorities, risks, and decision points and drive alignment and action to maintain certifications and improve compliance • Advise business and engineering leaders on return on investment by analyzing technical effort against financial gains and long-term impact • Educate senior engineering leaders and TPMs on operational best practices and execution rigor for regulatory requirements and compliance standards • Drive cross-functional delivery of regulatory compliance programs • Improve audit and evidence processes for R&D to reduce effort in maintaining certifications • Translate regulatory requirements into technical requirements and implementation plans • Define R&D operating models for maintaining existing requirements and roadmaps/frameworks for new compliance requirements • Build bridges between Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams • Implement robust management systems and support product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field • Deep subject matter knowledge of global regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments • Operational mindset balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proven track record managing large, cross-functional programs across globally distributed teams • Ability to promote new ideas and innovative concepts in compliance management • Experience leading company-bet transformations, such as major cloud migrations or foundational compliance platform re-architectures (desired)
