📋 Description

• Inspire behavior change and motivate members to adopt healthier behaviors • Provide guidance, support, education, and encouragement to members seeking to prevent or reverse chronic metabolic diseases • Conduct back-to-back 15- and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions by video or phone • Review AI-surfaced member data, including glucose trends, weight, sleep, movement, and engagement • Perform daily AI-assisted member rounding between scheduled visits • Complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours • Onboard, activate, and manage members • Help members set goals, manage care, and build self-efficacy • Provide general education on healthy eating, meal planning, and lifestyle strategies without providing Medical Nutrition Therapy • Use AI-powered tools and metrics-driven insights to guide member support and coaching • Provide feedback on member metrics and identify opportunities for improvement • Follow standardized SOPs for member management, session structure, documentation, and escalations • Collaborate with coaches, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams • Participate in pilot programs and support new tools or workflow changes • Collect member testimonials • Provide weekend and holiday on-call coverage and unplanned PTO visit coverage • Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload • Adapt shifts based on business needs • Maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment with reliable internet connectivity • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while adhering to time-boxed sessions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting • Experience blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction • Proficiency navigating complex technology, including the remote member app, AI systems, and internal dashboards • Ability to learn new tools quickly • Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload, or clear ability and willingness to do so • Comfort operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and a structured coaching model • Flexibility and adaptability to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes • Experience and comfort supporting cardiometabolic conditions such as T2D, pre-diabetes, and obesity • Experience thriving in a high-growth, quickly changing environment • Experience delivering back-to-back coaching via video calls • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, Slack, and EHR • Ability to work from a computer for extended periods • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Must maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment and reliable internet connectivity • Ability to work any shift, including at least 2 evening shifts per week • Availability for weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities approximately 2–4 times per year
