📋 Description

• Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting • Help set up and monitor A/B tests by building tracking queries, checking data quality, and summarizing results • Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for well-scoped tables and metrics • Build and update dashboard and report components in BI tools • Track and report established KPIs across product areas, including member engagement, CGM utilization, and Care Team effectiveness • Learn the data architecture and gradually take on small pipeline tasks with Data Engineers • Run data quality checks and flag anomalies or inconsistencies • Communicate findings in team meetings and written summaries • Contribute to data dictionaries and metric-definition documentation • Identify small improvements to existing processes and perform other duties as assigned • Partner with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers, with mentorship from senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count) • Solid SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions • Some exposure to dbt or a strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices quickly • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred, with experience in BigQuery, Redshift, or other modern warehouses welcome • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent • Strong analytical curiosity and interest in connecting data to product and business decisions • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Healthcare or digital health experience, or a personal interest in health and wellness, is a bonus • This remote opportunity is based out of the U.S. • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin Health is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
