📋 Description

• Handle payroll and human resources tasks using ADP WFN • Support the US payroll team and benefit administration • Report directly to the Sr. Payroll Specialist • Enter and import new hires, employee changes, terminations, leaves of absence, benefit deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) plan information • Act as the point of contact for employee pay and benefit queries; investigate and resolve issues • Partner with PEO and HR to ensure benefits are accurate • Respond to HR Business Partners and employees at all levels • Assist US employees with benefits enrollment, including new hire enrollment and open enrollment • Maintain personnel records in ADP, Fidelity, and benefit vendor systems • Assist with payroll journal entries, off-cycle runs, and monthly benefit accruals • Load journal entries in SAP and analyze accruals and FLUX during close • Respond to unemployment claims • Coordinate with the Leave of Absence team to ensure semi-monthly payroll accuracy • Assist with 401(k) audits • Coordinate with the Pay Rate Changes team to update payroll information • Manage time and attendance for hourly employees and PTO approval tracking for salaried employees • Attend weekly new hire orientation and guide new hires on ADP accounts and payroll tasks • Follow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working in HR/Payroll Environment • Previous experience with ADP WFN and Time and Attendance module in ADP • Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Email, Calendering for Payroll • Ability to work with outside vendors for leave of absence, benefits • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong oral and written communication skills • High Level of Attention to Detail • Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups • Ability to maintain high level of organization for self and others • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests • Must be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality a must • Must be adaptable to changing environments and open to taking on challenging projects • Follow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements • Employment in the United States is required
