📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+, using modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations • Conduct ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients • Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact • Participate in required training and ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states • Available for 8–24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults aged 18+ • At least six months of teletherapy experience • Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 for tracking client progress • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Select 7–10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday • Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support • Documentation completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact • Ability to practice evidence-based therapy with adult clients • Knowledge of HIPAA and applicable state regulations
