📋 Description

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-up sessions combining medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations • Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate • Partner with therapists through the shared EHR system and consultation spaces in an integrated care model • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, providing feedback to shape clinical care delivery • Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Licensed to practice in North Carolina • Active DEA license in North Carolina • Additional PMHNP licensure in New York, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Washington, or California • Willingness and commitment to become licensed in other states • 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP, including remote outpatient telepsychiatry with adults • Passion for high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care • Eagerness to collaborate with a dedicated psychiatric team and refine care delivery systems
