📋 Description

• Partner with product owners, field operations, and developers to understand client needs and translate requirements into collection and analysis approaches • Leverage diverse data sources and technical capabilities to analyze issues, conduct research, summarize results, and develop recommendations • Generate analytic products and visualizations that provide insight into difficult problems • Apply validated analytical techniques to qualitative and quantitative data • Establish key performance indicators for analytical output quality and utility, and recommend improvements • Work with program leadership and lead analysts to establish analysis frameworks and best practices • Identify opportunities to improve technical tools and analytical capabilities • Mentor junior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Planner, or Intelligence Analyst • Familiarity with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and other analysis techniques • Ability to analyze data for trends and patterns and articulate the impact • Experience creating written intelligence reports, visualizations, briefings, and dashboards • Experience presenting analysis to technical and non-technical audiences with clear recommendations and assessments • Ability to present data in a way that tells a story and enables executive-level audiences to make decisions • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive insights from incomplete data • Active TS/SCI clearance • Prior experience in a US Government context or environment • Experience with Kibana, R, Gephi, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience briefing or working directly with US Government policymakers • Prior service in defense, national security, or intelligence community organizations
