📋 Description

• Serve as a core member of 3–4 person project teams • Contribute to brainstorming, hypothesis development, research, analysis, strategy development, and delivery of client recommendations • Identify relevant data sources and conduct primary and secondary research • Own defined project workstreams and develop expertise in key questions informing client strategy • Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses • Conduct market and competitive landscaping, market sizing, financial analysis, and large-scale survey design and analysis • Synthesize findings into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and research briefs • Present findings, insights, and recommendations in informal and formal settings • Contribute to firm development through networks, education-sector trend knowledge, and sharing best practices • Advise education-sector organizations on growth, strategy, and investment objectives

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of consulting experience at a top firm • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment • Adaptability and comfort in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
