• Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts • Review account documentation • Contact customers/clients by telephone and/or written correspondence • Arrange repayment schedules • Minimize loss to the organization
• High school diploma or equivalent • Two to three years of experience in collections call center • Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws • Strong customer service/relations skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information • Good verbal and written communication skills • Work from home experience preferred • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
