• Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts • Review account documentation • Contact customers/clients by telephone and/or written correspondence • Arrange repayment schedules • Minimize loss to the organization • Work Monday–Friday 11:15 AM–8:15 PM EST, plus one Saturday per month 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service activities • Some knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws • Strong customer service/relations skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information • Good verbal and written communication skills • Mortgage experience highly preferred • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies • Must satisfy applicable employment eligibility verification requirements
