📋 Description

• Provide first-tier support to end-users for applications and hardware • Identify incidents requiring second-tier support and document necessary information before escalation • Interact with network services, systems administrators, server support, and applications development to restore service and identify or correct core problems • Simulate or recreate user problems to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems • Maintain knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills in the field of expertise • Work remotely after initial training during hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or similar

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field with 2 years of experience in IT support functions, PC computer support, or other relevant job experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of such experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, and VPN connections • Ability to work in a team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment • Annual TB Screening • Criminal Background Check
