📋 Description

• Provide first-tier support to end-users for applications and hardware • Identify incidents requiring second-tier support and document necessary information before escalation • Interact with network services, systems administrators, server support, and/or applications development to restore service and identify or correct core problems • Simulate or recreate user problems to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems • Maintain knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills in the field of expertise • Work 8:00am–5:00pm or similar hours • Typically work from home remotely after initial training

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field of study with 2 years of experience in IT support functions, PC computer support or other relevant job experience -OR- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in IT support functions, PC computer support or other relevant job experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Skype and VPN connections • Ability to work in a team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment • Annual TB Screening • Criminal Background Check • Resume
