📋 Description
• The Director plans, executes, manages and coordinates all special events for Institutional Advancement • Treat others with Dignity and Respect • Communicate and share complete and unbiased information • Participate in institutional initiatives and encourage the participation of others • Collaborate in policy and program development, implementation, and evaluation using best practices in delivering quality service • Perform all duties in accordance with the UAMS Core Concepts of Patient and Family Centered Care
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Human Resources or a related field • Six (6) years of project management experience to include 3 years of special events, advancement, communications, marketing, or related experience • Three (3) years of supervisory experience
