📋 Description

• Build a successful academic career while contributing to the discipline, department, and College of Medicine • Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care aligned with the College of Medicine’s mission and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address children’s healthcare needs in Arkansas • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation according to departmental policies and regulatory standards • Engage in teaching, mentoring, and developing educational programs within the College of Medicine • Participate in research, presentations, or quality improvement initiatives consistent with academic goals and College expectations • Perform 63% clinical activity and 7% academic time aligned with college expectations and personal career goals

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent required • Successful completion in a pediatric residency program • Focused training in Pediatric Nephrology • Arkansas medical licensure • Board eligible or board certification in pediatrics • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment • Criminal Background Check • Pre-employment screening may include criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification
