• Support research, clinical operations, and community outreach initiatives • Assist faculty and staff with participant recruitment, data collection and management, clinical equipment and device tracking, patient scheduling, and preparation of research and clinical materials • Support the Clinical Education Director with social media engagement, community outreach activities, and partnerships with student organizations • Assist with Speech-Language Pathology clinic preparation, maintenance, and daily operations • Provide front desk coverage, answer incoming calls, respond to the clinic doorbell, and greet and check in clients and visitors • Take detailed messages from prospective and current SLP and Audiology clients and relay information to appropriate staff • Assist with client scheduling and front desk administrative needs • Record and maintain weekly client attendance in ClinicNote • Provide coverage during staff lunches, breaks, absences, and other times as needed • Assist with cleaning, organization, and general upkeep of clinic areas • Conduct daily inventory checks of assessments, treatment materials, iPads, and other clinic resources • Receive, check in, organize, and store incoming supplies and materials • Monitor and restock office supplies, clinic materials, and other essential items • Make copies and prepare documentation and materials • Complete laminating and other projects as requested • Support designated department staff to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of clinic and departmental operations
• Must be a student in the CHP Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology • Bachelor's degree • Resume required • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment • Criminal Background Check • Subject to pre-employment screening, including criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification • Ability to perform required physical activities: hearing; manipulating items with fingers, including keyboarding; sitting, standing, talking, and walking
