📋 Description

• Lead UBC projects to deliver project milestones and deliverables • Oversee and coordinate project-related activities, including tracking, management, and follow-up of tasks and deliverables • Manage projects according to the Scope of Work and within the contracted budget, including consulting agreements • Serve as the single point of contact for internal SERRM Scientists regarding consulting services and sponsor messaging • Ensure projects follow UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures • Serve as UBC’s primary contact with sponsors, including PMO projects representing Shared REMS consortiums • Prepare or coordinate deliverables with an internal multidisciplinary team • Lead internal project and client meetings • Present information at client meetings and internal project review meetings • Track and communicate project deliverable completion for revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-up • Perform and catalog research on FDA-approved products, safety attributes, and regulatory processes and nuances • Support subject matter experts in presenting research to sponsors • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate • Minimum 1 to 3 years direct project management experience • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quality driven • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn about different health-related areas • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills • May be required to work after business hours and on weekends to ensure critical deadlines are achieved
