📋 Description

• Builds and maintains relationships as the single point of contact with field teams for high-volume, key account manufacturers in an assigned territory • Provides subject matter expert support for complex patient, provider, clinical, and reimbursement issues • Represents UBC at manufacturer-hosted conferences • Gathers, analyzes, and reports case trend data for Quarterly Business Reviews and other required reports • Builds strong relationships with field-based partners • Formulates processes and interprets reimbursement policies to resolve complex dispensing or referral issues • Serves as SME to prescriber offices, manufacturer representatives, health plans, and patients • Helps ensure measures are in place to avoid disruption in drug therapy and identify patient affordability options • Assists manufacturer field teams with program launch and ongoing therapy utilization through education and training materials • Provides Program Specific Processes support and contributes to special projects • Enhances program workflows, reimbursement activities, and ongoing utilization • Prepares data for QBRs, FDA requirements, special projects, and reports • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2-4 years of relevant working experience • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred • Demonstrated team lead experience preferred • Demonstrated customer service resolution skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Strong team building skills and the ability to train other team members • Research, analysis, report preparation and documentation skills • 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00AM - 8:00PM; start times will vary depending on need • Training (6 weeks) hours are 8:00am-5:00pm EST
