📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships as the single point of contact with field teams for high-volume, key account manufacturers in an assigned territory • Provide subject matter expert support for complex patient, provider, clinical, and reimbursement issues • Represent UBC at manufacturer-hosted conferences • Gather, analyze, and report case trend data for Quarterly Business Reviews and other manufacturer-required reports • Build strong relationships with field-based partners • Formulate processes and interpret reimbursement policies to resolve complex dispensing or referral issues • Serve as SME on intricate cases for prescriber offices, manufacturer representatives, health plans, and patients • Identify measures to avoid disruption in drug therapy and identify patient affordability options • Assist manufacturer field teams with program launch implementation and ongoing therapy utilization through education and training materials • Provide Program Specific Processes support and contribute to special projects enhancing program workflows, reimbursement activities, and ongoing utilization • Gather, analyze, and prepare data for QBRs, FDA requirements, special projects, and other reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2-4 years of relevant working experience • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred • Demonstrated team lead experience preferred • Demonstrated customer service resolution skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Strong team building skills and the ability to train other team members • Research, analysis, report preparation and documentation skills • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; start times vary depending on need • Training availability for 6 weeks from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
