📋 Description

• Process letter requests using manual or automated databases • Type customer service notes in the system • Process member correspondence • Perform data input and validation • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) tasks and exception processing • Perform prescriber and patient outreach • Work with programs to meet client obligations related to item fulfillment • Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts • Complete and process data for reporting needs • Work according to policies, procedures, and work instructions • Collaborate with onsite or offsite internal and external departments • Cross-train and develop proficiency across all functional areas • Perform additional duties as assigned • Department responsibilities include walking, standing, and repetitive lifting of boxes

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience • 0–1 years of relevant experience; clerical experience preferred • Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration as required by state laws (preferred) • Basic math skills • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email • Strong verbal and written communication skills desired • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times • Willingness and ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as needed
