📋 Description

• Write risk management documents • Lead and manage operations of risk management projects, epidemiologic studies, and/or registries • Participate in epidemiology, registry, and risk management-related projects • Prepare, design, and write REMS, KAB protocols and surveys, reports, abstracts, and other risk management documents • Collaborate with physicians and epidemiologists • Participate in internal and client project teams and meetings • Develop observational program protocols • Coordinate project activities and track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables • Coordinate with clients and serve as point of contact • Provide input to Contracts Management for scope-of-work and budget revisions • Communicate project deliverables and milestones to Finance for invoicing follow-up • Develop project timelines, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting minutes • Support proposal development, including service descriptions and budgets • Attend client, bid defense, and relevant industry meetings • Present at industry meetings when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, and/or public health or equivalent • Experience in protocol writing, study design and operations is helpful • Familiarity with clinical trials, drug development and medical and scientific terminology is helpful • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and function well in a small team environment • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quality driven • Strong computer skills, including word processing and proficiency with tables and figures • May be required to work after business hours and on weekends to meet critical deadlines
