📋 Description

• Maximize product value by managing and prioritizing the product backlog • Collaborate with leadership to define product vision, goals, strategic objectives, and roadmap • Identify and define functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders • Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams • Balance competing priorities across departments and align work with business goals • Partner with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints, define goals, and allocate tasks • Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives • Use Jira or equivalent tools to track epics, stories, bugs, and sprint progress • Ensure transparency in sprint status, impediments, and deliverables • Gather user feedback and represent the voice of the customer • Advocate for excellent user experience with design and engineering teams • Use analytics and performance data to validate decisions and measure KPIs • Coordinate with development and QA teams to plan, test, and deliver releases • Communicate release timelines, updates, and key changes to stakeholders • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and roadblocks • Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolutions • Improve processes that enhance team efficiency and product delivery • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication throughout the product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role within Agile product development • 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycles • Hands-on experience with backlog management • Ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories • Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation • Hands-on experience performing manual QA testing and validating business requirements • Experience working directly with developers and cross-functional delivery teams • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable facilitating meetings, demos, and training sessions • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools • Experience using Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking • Experience with SaaS, ERP, or market-facing COTS products is a plus • Experience with e-commerce, workflow automation, or ERP systems • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions • Experience managing integrations and API-driven products • Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices • Experience working with Quality Engineering teams to improve product reliability and automation • Must be located in AK, FL, NC, SC, GA, OK, TN, TX, or VA • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status • Successful completion of background and pre-employment drug screen required
