University Health Partners of Hawai'i (UCERA) is the faculty practice organization of the University of Hawaiʻi John A. Burns School of Medicine that delivers outpatient and school-based clinical services across Hawaiʻi. UCERA operates outpatient clinics, school-based health programs (Hawaii Keiki), specialty services including hyperbaric wound care, speech and hearing, mental health, and pharmacy services, supports clinical education, research, and community outreach, and offers telemedicine and public health initiatives.

📋 Description

• The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative oversight of the Telehealth Addiction Medicine program, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care in a virtual environment. • Includes developing workflows, managing patient scheduling, supervising staff, and leading quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health, or related field. • Three (3) years of professional public health, health, allied health sciences, drug and alcohol or related experience. • Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or program management role. • High level of technological proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools. • Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health or related field. • Experience in new program development and implementation. • Demonstrated experience managing clinical services in a telehealth or virtual environment.
