📋 Description

• Drive a strategic initiative focused on automating power substation design work • Define and implement agile automation solutions for power substations • Develop a roadmap and execute modular automation projects using design authoring and supporting software tools • Collaborate with internal experts, outside consultants, operations, technology partners, business services, engineering, sales, and design teams • Translate business needs and customer insight into clear product requirements • Own the product lifecycle, strategic vision, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Identify and validate technical problems through research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and user feedback • Build business cases linked to measurable goals • Define and validate MVPs, prototypes, and pilot solutions • Support delivery teams, clarify requirements, prioritize work, accept completed user stories, and manage releases • Maintain product documentation, customer journey maps, voice-of-customer analysis, product analytics, and business impact dashboards • Drive technology adoption, process improvements, product adoption, change planning, communication, and enablement • Monitor ROI, adoption, KPIs, business impact, industry trends, competitive offerings, and market signals • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, outcomes, and value propositions • Conduct customer and user research, support demos and presentations, and foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or another related field; relevant experience considered • 8+ years of experience in design-related fields • Hands-on automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while meeting aggressive deadlines • Extensive project planning and execution skills • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge and proficiency in primary design authoring and supporting software platforms • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
