📋 Description

• Provide strategic management and leadership for multiple projects • Lead medium-to-large engineering projects from initiation through close-out for the Power Lifeline Sector • Manage project scope, stakeholders, schedule, budget, and quality • Lead internal and external project meetings, progress reviews, and problem-solving sessions • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Secure adequate project resources • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, assess consequences, and implement recommendations • Represent the project to clients, provide status updates, and address concerns • Lead, coach, resolve conflicts, facilitate, motivate, and negotiate across the project team • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to track schedules and costs • Maintain customer focus and represent Ulteig professionally • Monitor project timelines, milestones, progress, budgets, financial transactions, costs, project health, and key metrics • Take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and update project plans • Adhere to Ulteig governance policies and procedures • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage technical project aspects • Share and implement best practices across projects and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of direct project management experience, including at least 3 years in an engineering environment • Power industry experience preferred • Technical engineering knowledge required, including ability to understand and coordinate solutions for complex engineering challenges • PE, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Planview Adaptive Work • Intermediate understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning • Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. • Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to problem-solve, set priorities, and organize work
