📋 Description

• Support accounting and finance systems initiatives • Directly manage high-impact projects and serve as a program leader across related initiatives • Identify impacts of system and process changes on people, processes, and technology • Define project purpose, objectives, milestones, strategic elements, and risks with stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones • Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation strategies • Track and manage scope, schedule, and risks using structured tools and processes • Communicate clearly between project teams, stakeholders, and end users • Coordinate training, communications, and process mapping sessions • Coordinate internal and external resources and manage deliverables and timelines • Foster collaboration and communication across teams • Provide project-level reporting for portfolio decision-making • Escalate risks and issues with recommendations and trade-offs • Mentor and develop less experienced project managers and team members • Build project management capability through coaching, tools, and best practices • Partner with teams adopting financial programs, systems, and processes • Evaluate impacts on people, procedures, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree or professional certification (CMA, PMP, Agile) preferred • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility • Strong business acumen • Experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops • Proven experience in change management and driving organizational adoption • Experience supporting ERP, financial systems, reporting platforms, or digital transformation initiatives preferred • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and navigate complex organizational environments • Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and significant organizational impact • Openness to innovation and applying evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
