📋 Description

• Develop, facilitate, and coordinate Ultimus’ formal training programs for the Transfer Agency • Work with Transfer Agency stakeholders to determine department-specific training roadmaps • Work with clients who use Transfer Agency systems • Design, develop, update, and deliver presentations and training materials, including quick reference guides, online learning resources, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and provide recommendations for improvement • Facilitate New Employee and department-specific training programs • Assist with new associate onboarding and develop customized training plans • Develop e-learning and video training materials • Stay up to date on Transfer Agency development opportunities • Partner with internal teams on upcoming hires, process or system deployments/releases, impacted roles or stakeholders, and training needs • Assist with writing internal guidelines for training documentation • Work with Transfer Agency departments on process improvement opportunities identified during training development and delivery • Update training materials to reflect industry and department-level changes • Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve course materials, review feedback, and support technology and hardware setup • Contact teams regarding general information, issue resolution, inquiries, or reporting requirements • Perform other duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in communication, finance, or similar field • 3-5+ years of experience with Mutual Funds with training experience or similar background • Equivalent education, experience, and KSA’s will be considered • Knowledge of online learning resources • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Advanced technical skills with the ability to provide effective virtual training sessions, including e-learning and training videos • Excellent client service skills and ability to maintain strong intercompany relationships • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strategic, meticulous, and initiative-taking approach with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ability to troubleshoot issues using creative and critical thinking • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely, both written and oral • Ability to establish and develop effective working relationships with associates and clientele • Ability to modify priorities and deadlines in response to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles • Ability to sit and stand regularly • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs • Specific vision abilities required
