📋 Description

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls • Transfer and direct calls • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone • Coordinate front office patient activities, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, clients, Team Members, peers, and Leadership • Accurately input data into Carenet and EMR databases • Answer inquiries from patients, customers, and third-party vendors • Provide clinic directions and hours of operation • Contact health plans and verify patient insurance information

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) databases (medical assistant, medical front office) • Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding), including working in an Electronic Medical Record or Electronic Health Records • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent demonstration of caring, empathy, and compassion • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Able to provide 2 monitors with 22 inch monitor at least • Must be eligible for hire outside AZ, CA, CO, ME, NE, NJ, NY, NV, OR, WA, MD, RI, WV, AK, HI, CT, DE, VT, and Puerto Rico
