📋 Description

• Facilitate learning in assigned MABE courses in an online asynchronous format • Provide timely, individualized, and constructive feedback on assignments, typically within 7 days • Maintain regular and proactive communication with students and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to support course quality, candidate success, and continuous program improvement • Use the learning management system, video tools, and digital collaboration platforms to support student learning • Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions • Uphold academic integrity, including responsible use of generative AI

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in bilingual education or a closely related field from an accredited institution • More than two years of teaching experience in higher education • Demonstrated expertise in bilingual or multilingual education, language development, and equitable instructional practice in PK-12, higher education, or community-based settings serving multilingual learners • Ability to engage and support students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including international and domestic students • Ability to foster an online learning environment promoting participation, collaboration, and mutual respect • Experience with educational technologies and online teaching environments • Strong written communication skills • Commitment to supporting diverse learners • Approved residence in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin • Application materials: current resume or CV, cover letter, two professional references, and any additional documentation such as transcripts, teaching evaluations, or certifications
