📋 Description

• Teach didactic and field education courses within the MSW programs • Mentor or supervise students • Deliver course content and engage with students in discussion boards • Grade assignments and provide detailed feedback • Collaborate with social work faculty and staff • Respond to department emails in a timely manner • Use learning management systems, video platforms, and field placement tracking software • Attend required meetings, training, and development sessions • Liaise regularly with practicum agencies and supervisors when teaching field seminar • Adhere to course deadlines and institutional policies

🎯 Requirements

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program is required • 2 year teaching experience in a university setting • Available to hold synchronous sessions or supplemental supervision for MSW students across various time zones • Online Teaching Experience (2 year or more) preferred • Field Seminar Instruction Experience (2 year or more) preferred • Experience supervising students in their field practicum and working with agency supervisors (1 year or more) preferred • Experience teaching clinical social work, research methods, and field practicum preferred • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace • Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV) • Cover letter outlining qualifications and interest • Contact information for professional references • Additional documentation such as transcripts, teaching evaluations, or certifications
