📋 Description

• Accept assignments on an as-needed basis according to expertise and school needs • Provide high-quality instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Provide relevant feedback to support successful completion • Be available within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, by phone, email, and in the courseroom • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Use the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and explain evaluation criteria to learners • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training as required • Participate in other activities based on university needs

🎯 Requirements

• Online teaching experience required • Professional experience in the discipline: minimum of two years for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level • Doctoral-level experience with conducting and overseeing research in the discipline required • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Effective communication with all levels of the University • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Doctorate degree in psychology required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available • Must be able to travel occasionally within the US • Ability to access information using a computer • Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem-solving requirements aligned with job duties • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
