📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations associated with the Investor Solutions department • Onboard new Commercial client accounts • Provide client training and user setup • Troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues • Ensure mitigation steps are taken • Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes as required • Oversee funds management for NSCC and overdraft monitoring • Administer and balance ancillary FDIC Sweep activities • Provide product feature and functionality expertise for client training

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • Three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience (bonus points) • Ability to use technical acumen to onboard Commercial client accounts, provide training, and perform user setup • Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues • Critical thinking skills to recommend process improvements • Understanding of risk and business impact
