📋 Description

• Teach remotely in the Operations program • Teach courses including Data, Cybersecurity, and AI in Business Strategy; Operations Management; Sustainability Management; Quality in the Value Chain; and Supply Chain • Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed • Guide students in collaboration and application of learning through problem- and project-based demonstrations • Provide regular constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics • Acknowledge student accomplishments • Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across students’ academic programs • Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning • Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field • Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred • Candidates with international degrees may be required to submit a translation/degree evaluation from a NACES approved vendor • Ability to successfully complete the required online two-week new faculty orientation, FacDev 411 • Resume/Curriculum Vitae • Cover letter highly preferred
