📋 Description

• Provide direct leadership to Set Up Techs, managing and monitoring their attendance and work performance • Prioritize goals and delegate tasks on a regular basis for Camp Set Up crews • Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager, Set Up on creating the annual set up budget • Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager to develop a training/certification curriculum • Provide daily status reports to the Regional Facilities Manager on total crew progress • Strive to develop new methods and materials which will increase operational efficiency • Act as on-ground Set Up SME for all new camp build projects • Assist with maintenance needs for staff housing as needed • Submit high quality work products in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years’ experience with Camp Set Up or similar position • Experience in leading teams of construction tradespeople including scheduling, delegation of tasks, quality assurance, coaching, and training • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on assigned projects • Professional in all internal and external communications
