📋 Description

• Direct the efforts of associates toward Systems Administration’s strategic and operational objectives • Manage day-to-day delivery to ensure contractual and service level obligations to clients are met or exceeded • Direct the team toward the group’s operational objectives • Use best-practice processes to guide work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing team performance • Review and approve project schedules, costs, and implementation time estimates • Ensure processes and technical skills support consistent performance, high-quality results, and client value • Build strong client relationships to improve services and achieve service levels • Apply technical and process knowledge to develop, maintain, and support networks, systems, and associated business applications

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 0-2 years’ leadership experience • Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
