• Manages credit risk of a portfolio of ABL relationships (includes regular evaluation of risk rating, covenant compliance, borrowing base trends, reporting requirements, etc.) • Develops and maintains relationship with assigned ABL clients including regular meetings and calls • Maintains up-to-date assessment of relationships as well as current credit and legal files • Coordinate with internal partners on line (e.g. market RM, Treasury) and Credit sides • Analyzes client operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifies issues and opportunities, and recommends risk mitigation (includes managing problem credits when applicable) • Responsible for monitoring and managing credit quality and data integrity • Ability to collaborate effectively with all deal stakeholders including clients, market RM, and Credit teams to address client needs and evolving business conditions
• Bachelor’s degree (preference for business-related or STEM) • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABL, underwriting, field examination, credit officer, and/or loan officer role • Require extensive knowledge of credit policy, banking regulations, and loan documentation issues • Ability to read and interpret financial and legal documents • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical and independent problem solving skills • Knowledge of various loan structures and ability to apply this knowledge in the formulation of sound credit recommendations • Strong organizational and time management skills
