• Develop and execute territory business plans to grow Flyrcado market share. • Partner with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging providers, DOD, and VA facilities. • Analyze local customers, payers, competition, stakeholders, referral sources, and influence networks. • Achieve or exceed Flyrcado sales forecasts, shared volume targets, and territory operating plans. • Position Flyrcado through clinical expertise, marketing assets, and education programs. • Advise imaging centers and cardiologists on cardiac PET implementation, equipment, workflow, and marketplace navigation. • Build relationships with referring cardiologists to increase Flyrcado awareness and utilization. • Prioritize high-impact opportunities and use performance dashboards to execute sales efforts. • Collaborate with market access teams on payor contract implementation and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and application specialists on delivery and education needs. • Conduct pre-call planning, customer questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and live customer meetings. • Provide pricing strategy, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance. • Forecast territory orders and sales and submit weekly progress reports. • Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars. • Drive total GE HealthCare business where appropriate and maintain a compliant, ethical culture. • Complete additional projects and initiatives as required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART. • 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility. • Experience with contracting and calling on physicians and office staff. • Proven sales success and experience developing, organizing, and implementing territory plans. • Record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and penetrating new accounts, markets, and competition. • Proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations. • Willingness to reside in the territory. • Ability to execute at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs and some weekends. • Experience selling or leading in a highly matrixed environment and large account management preferred. • Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry acumen desired. • Experience with product launch and P&T Committees preferred. • Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities independently and collaboratively. • Ability to mentor non-senior CPAMs and manage special commercial projects. • Ability to use internal reporting to manage account plans and identify growth opportunities. • Ability to apply traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques to complex issues. • Ability to build rapport with employees and external contacts, including physicians and office staff. • Ability to achieve objectives while complying with regulatory guidelines. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this opening. • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable, is required as a condition of employment.
