📋 Description

• Provide franchisees with industry training and support in assigned region while driving profitability • Build, drive, and implement a strong Catering program for franchisees • Implement franchisee store Startup Program • Maximize restaurant profits through business performance and P&L reviews, training, and store operation evaluations • Oversee operations of multiple restaurants • Develop sales strategies and business development plans • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local active and digital campaigns • Understand KPIs and analytics • Train and reinforce the franchise model, system, and best practices • Guide, train, and manage hourly employees, management, and supervisors • Ensure branches follow safety, health, and business laws and regulations and operate essential equipment • Compile brand compliance data and help franchisees upgrade their image • Uphold brand standards of excellence and service • Organize and implement training programs for franchisees and increase brand awareness in the region • Participate in regional meetings and complete, maintain, and process required paperwork, records, and daily reports • Consult with franchisees to define needs or problem areas and determine investigations required to obtain solutions • Advise the Brand Leader on issues identified through franchisee communications • Follow up with franchisees weekly or bi-weekly to ensure best results • Maintain a daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks in advance • Build and follow instructions for new location setups, including understanding and using required tools • Take initiative to advance programs benefiting the brand and franchisees • Travel 50-75% in and outside the assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software • Point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software a plus • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required • A credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses • Strong background in related industry and specific production techniques • Sales and business operations experience and the ability to read a profit and loss • Restaurant experience a must • Must be willing to travel 50-75%, and as needed for Tradeshows, Regional Meetings, and other meetings as assigned
