📋 Description

• Shape how Unity shows up across social platforms • Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies • Create end-to-end visual content, including short-form vertical video, graphics, GIFs, carousels, and trend-driven assets • Build and execute platform-specific social strategies and tactics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify Unity’s campaigns • Help manage the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing process • Use performance data to evaluate impact and refine creative strategy • Stay current on design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience growing a brand’s social presence • Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut • Strong grasp of pacing and visual storytelling for social-first content • Excellent communication skills, including simplifying technical concepts in relatable ways • Experience partnering with influencers or creators • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team • Comfortable on-camera or behind-the-camera • Creative and analytical mindset • Social-first mindset, including translating complex topics into platform-native formats, hooks, and visual language • Familiarity with Unity’s technology/products, gaming, 3D creation, or real-time technology communities • Awareness of emerging trends and formats across digital culture • Social media community management experience • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Figma, and social scheduling platforms • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
