📋 Description

• Develop infrastructure strategy, standards, roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and investment recommendations aligned with institutional goals • Evaluate technology needs and risks, promote modernization, and ensure infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective • Oversee daily operations for server administration, virtualization, storage, DNS, application load balancing, and related infrastructure services • Lead operational follow-up for infrastructure incidents, service disruptions, escalations, and root cause analysis • Oversee Active Directory, Azure Entra Connect, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, and internal MTA/sendmail services • Oversee backup, recovery, snapshot, and restoration processes using Commvault, SAN, and VMware • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and recovery testing • Coordinate litigation holds, e-discovery requests, audit support, and compliance documentation with Legal and cybersecurity • Supervise, coach, and develop infrastructure staff; manage staffing, workload, resource allocation, cross-training, and succession planning • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, contracts, support, and infrastructure service delivery • Collaborate on infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, implementations, and modernization efforts • Partner with service management on incident, change, problem, knowledge, asset, configuration, and service catalog practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, engineering, business, or a related field and ten (10) years of appropriate experience or equivalent education, training, and experience • Significant experience leading or supporting enterprise infrastructure services in a complex organization • Experience with servers, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, backup and recovery, identity infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and monitoring tools • Experience managing technical staff, priorities, projects, and operational support activities • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, patching, access controls, and operational resilience • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is unavailable
