📋 Description
• Thoroughly review clinical documentation and diagnostic results • Abstract data and assign ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes and modifiers • Support billing and reimbursement, internal and external reporting, research, and regulatory compliance • Perform accurate medical coding for emergency department (ED), Same Day Surgeries (SDS), Ancillary (ANC), Oncology (ONC), Outpatient Rehab, Outpatient Psychiatric, and Interventional Radiology (IVR) services
