📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner post-sale • Develop and execute account plans • Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and upsells • Drive platform adoption and usage • Act as the customer's advocate internally • Identify and manage risk proactively • Represent Upbound at customer Quarterly Business Reviews

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships • A background in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling • Strong commercial acumen • Excellent communication skills • Strong program management and organization skills • A customer-first mindset
