📋 Description

• Train and service new clients on the full suite of UpdatePromise products • Provide follow-up support to existing clients after onboarding • Build meaningful industry relationships to retain existing clients and identify potential clients • Travel throughout the country to manage accounts and help ensure their success • Analyze data and translate it into recommendations for training service personnel • Coach and train individuals in large groups • Troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively • Communicate with all levels of management, including C-level stakeholders • Work independently with little to no supervision • Manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or similar experience • Experience in a professional in-person customer service role, ideally account management or implementation • Experience with work-related travel • Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business-level written communication • Comfortable speaking with all levels of management, including C-level stakeholders • Ability to coach and train individuals in large groups • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word • Quick learner who can adapt readily to changes in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively • Automotive industry experience is a plus
