📋 Description

• Design and own automation framework for functional and performance testing. • Build agents to automate existing QA/testing workflows and remove engineering friction. • Build the applications and services that automation depends on, deploy them, and operate them in production environments. • Take prototypes all the way by building demos, gathering feedback, and iterating until solutions are hardened, monitored, and mature. • Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools and iterate toward solutions that close them.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years building production software, with depth across test infrastructure, test frameworks, developer tooling, and working knowledge of platform engineering • Proven experience building agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up, including designing, shipping, iterating, and driving adoption • Fluency with agentic coding tools, including orchestrating multiple agents and reviewing agent-generated pull requests • Hands-on experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and managing deployment lifecycles • Ability to independently turn ambiguous problem statements into scoped, defensible solutions • English is required for all positions
