📋 Description

• Act as the primary logistics lead for all Americas retail channels, optimizing existing accounts and onboarding new retailers • Evaluate retailer routing guides and technical requirements, and prepare 3PL partners for error-free launches • Enforce compliance across routing guides, packaging and labeling mandates, ASN accuracy, and EDI readiness • Drive fulfillment efficiency and shorten PO-to-delivery time across the Americas • Serve as escalation point for retail logistics issues, root-cause analysis, and corrective action • Analyze Prepaid and Collect freight models and map cost-to-serve by account • Create and manage chargeback deduction and dispute processes • Deliver logistics cost-down initiatives • Own the retail logistics KPI scorecard and conduct regular business reviews • Build AI-assisted solutions for tracking, PO and ASN reconciliation, invoice audits, chargeback research, reporting, data extraction, freight analysis, and communications • Translate operational requirements into prompts, automations, and workflows • Partner with IT on automation and shipment-visibility systems • Apply responsible AI practices and evaluate new AI tools • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Planning, Trade Compliance, Global Logistics, Finance, 3PLs, carriers, and retail partners • Manage, train, and mentor two logistics professionals • Define the long-term operating blueprint, scaling strategy, and structure for the Americas retail logistics team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in retail logistics, B2B wholesale distribution, or supply chain operations • 2+ years of direct people management in a product-shipping industry, such as CPG, Consumer Electronics, or Apparel • Deep expertise in retail compliance and chargeback management • Experience analyzing routing guides, managing EDI setups, and building processes to audit and dispute retailer deductions • Strong financial and operational analysis skills, including freight cost-to-serve models, Prepaid vs. Collect evaluation, and PO-to-delivery cycle time optimization • Fluency with retail logistics KPIs such as OTIF, OTD, fill rate, cost per unit, and chargeback rate • Proven, hands-on AI proficiency and ability to demonstrate AI automations or process improvements • Experience with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems • Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills • Strong cross-functional communication and influence • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred qualification)
