📋 Description

• Resolve chargeback disputes • Log precise details of all disputes within various system tools • Support Customer Service projects or other assignments as needed • Work directly with shipping providers to ensure lost package claims are researched and submitted for reimbursement • Support the day-to-day operations of the customer success team, focusing on dispute resolutions and shipping investigations • Communicate findings with appropriate teams • Meet or exceed established service level agreements • Work closely with and report to the Sr. Director of Customer Success • Collaborate with the Fraud Specialist and Customer Success team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Loss Prevention, Fraud or Analyst role • Task oriented and focus driven • Exceptional time management skills • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs • Ability to analyze and report on trends and issues
