📋 Description

• Support clinic growth through practice management and patient intake processes • Provide remote patient intake collection and scheduling support across multiple clinics • Review patient portals and assign incomplete forms through WelcomeWare • Manage virtual calls and check-ins through the WelcomeWare kiosk • Make welcome calls and improve patient arrival rates through customer experience • Manage authorizations and group tasks • Track reports and metrics including inactive patients, discharge candidates, progress notes, referrals, charges, collections, volume, and caseload • Work in a remote Contact Center environment on the phone 100% of the time • Collect payments due at the time of service • Schedule patient visits and convert referrals into evaluations • Manage schedules according to SEM guidelines, document routing, non-clinical documentation, caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting • Track and manage clinical metrics using Power BI • Attend required training for Raintree and other business processes • Complete quarterly compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or commensurate experience • Ability to relate well to patients, business office, and field leadership • Ability to multitask, maintain organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision • Good understanding of technology, including phone lines, computers, and applications • Efficient time management and presentation skills • Ability to work full-time, minimum 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours • Ability to work additional hours and attend some evening or weekend special events when required • Ability to work in a sedentary role, constantly sit with the ability to alternate standing, and use a computer and office equipment • Ability to constantly communicate accurately by hearing and speaking • Ability to perform repetitive motions and continuously view computer screens • Ability to occasionally walk, stand, push, pull, and handle up to 20 lbs. • Ability to rarely crawl, crouch, kneel, stoop, climb stairs or ladders, reach above shoulder height, and lift under 10 lbs. from waist to shoulder
